This role supports continuous improvement, works across production, engineering, and quality teams, and ensures compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or similar quality standards a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment to maximize operational efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
