Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

This organization specializes in high-quality electrical wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, wire processing, and box build solutions for OEM customers across the United States. The company operates in a quality-driven manufacturing environment and maintains ISO-certified standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment to maximize operational efficiency
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain maintenance schedules
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve manufacturing operations
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality standards
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
• Hands-on experience with preventative maintenance in a manufacturing environment

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience working in ISO 9001:2015 or similar quality-controlled environments preferred
