Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in hands-on manufacturing and process improvement.
• This is a full-time in-office role at our Austin headquarters, May–Aug 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist on projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and processes
• Conduct time studies and analyze production workflows
• Support floor organization and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Design and implement light tooling or fixtures for assembly or fabrication
• Analyze and improve manufacturing data and documentation
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, and fabrication teams
