Qualifications

• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for full-time in-office presence in Austin, TX during May–August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist on projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and processes.
• Conduct time studies and analyze production workflows.
• Support floor organization and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Design and implement light tooling or fixtures for assembly or fabrication.
