Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Maintenance Worker to handle general building upkeep across resident units and common areas. You will perform carpentry, painting, cleaning, and minor repairs while preparing vacant units for move-in and maintaining cleanliness in common spaces.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of maintenance experience, and ability to work with outside vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to two years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of janitorial equipment and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of resident units and common areas, including carpentry and painting.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in, including painting and cleaning.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and maintain logs.
