Job summary

Vale Matcha is seeking a hands-on Operations & Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain production equipment, facility systems, and the Matcha Bar fleet. You will help develop preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with service providers to keep operations safe and efficient.

The role combines maintenance with occasional production support, handling ingredients, packaging, sanitation, and other tasks to meet schedules in a growing matcha manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in equipment maintenance or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and systems.
• Interest in developing a formal preventive maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and facility systems to ensure safety and reliability.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and records.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized work and maintain spares inventory.
• Support matcha bar fleet readiness and daily production activities as needed.
