Job summary

Fiber Pad, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Tech to help ensure continuous operations of equipment and facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, conduct repairs, and support production with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic electrical knowledge up to 480V and PLC knowledge.
• Mig welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly PMs on thermoforming lines, CNC and support equipment.
• Service and repair vacuum pumps and air compressors.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs.
• Repair CNC machines and thermoforming equipment.
• Receive work orders via CMMS and provide status updates to leadership.
