Job summary

Vale Concepts is hiring a Matcha Bar Cart Coordinator at the Vale Logistics Hub in Seattle. You will prepare Matcha Bar Carts for daily deployment, ensure carts are stocked, clean, and ready to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will manage inventory, perform inspections, coordinate maintenance with Field Service Engineering, and uphold product quality standards to support reliable field operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operations or warehouse environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow standardized procedures and checklists.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, bend, push, and move carts throughout the workday.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Matcha Bar Carts for daily deployment according to established operational procedures.
  • Stock each cart with fresh matcha, milk, sweeteners, cups, lids, straws, napkins, and other required ingredients and consumables.
  • Verify each cart is fully stocked using standardized deployment checklists.
  • Ensure product freshness by rotating inventory and following FIFO inventory practices.
  • Confirm all equipment and supplies meet Vale quality standards prior to deployment.
  • Receive Matcha Bar Carts returning from field operations and conduct post-shift inventory counts.
  • Record inventory usage and identify replenishment requirements.
  • Document missing or damaged equipment and report discrepancies.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize carts, empty wastewater tanks, and refill water reservoirs.
  • Wash beverage preparation areas and customer-facing surfaces; ensure cleanliness before redeployment.
  • Charge onboard batteries and ensure carts are powered and ready for deployment.
  • Inspect carts for cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness; maintain storage order.
  • Perform routine visual inspections and report maintenance needs to Field Service Engineering.
  • Maintain organization of ingredients, consumables, and supplies; assist with inventory shipments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of replenishment needs.

The Role

The Matcha Bar Cart Coordinator is responsible for preparing Vale Matcha Bar Carts for daily deployment, ensuring each cart is fully stocked, clean, operational, and ready to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Working from the Vale Logistics Hub, this role manages the daily turnaround of the mobile fleet by replenishing ingredients and consumables, performing inventory inspections, cleaning and sanitizing carts, and coordinating maintenance needs with the Field Service Engineering team. The Matcha Bar Cart Coordinator plays a critical role in maximizing fleet readiness, maintaining product quality standards, and ensuring every cart leaves the logistics hub prepared for successful field operations.

Essential Responsibilities
Cart Preparation & Deployment
  • Prepare Matcha Bar Carts for daily deployment according to established operational procedures.
  • Stock each cart with fresh matcha, milk, sweeteners, cups, lids, straws, napkins, and other required ingredients and consumables.
  • Verify each cart is fully stocked using standardized deployment checklists.
  • Ensure product freshness by rotating inventory and following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices.
  • Confirm all equipment and supplies meet Vale quality standards prior to deployment.
Cart Receiving & Inventory
  • Receive Matcha Bar Carts returning from field operations.
  • Conduct post‑shift inventory counts of ingredients, consumables, and supplies.
  • Record inventory usage and identify replenishment requirements.
  • Document missing or damaged equipment and report discrepancies.
Cleaning & Sanitation
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize carts following established food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Empty and clean wastewater tanks.
  • Refill fresh water reservoirs.
  • Wash beverage preparation areas, storage compartments, and customer‑facing surfaces.
  • Ensure carts meet cleanliness and presentation standards before redeployment.
Fleet Readiness
  • Charge onboard batteries according to operating procedures.
  • Verify carts are fully powered and ready for the next deployment.
  • Inspect carts for cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.
  • Maintain orderly storage of carts within the logistics hub.
Maintenance Coordination
  • Perform routine visual inspections during each cart turnaround.
  • Identify equipment damage, wear, or operational concerns.
  • Document maintenance issues and communicate repair requests to the Field Service Engineering team.
  • Remove carts from service when necessary to ensure safe operation.
Inventory & Logistics Support
  • Maintain organization of ingredients, consumables, and supplies within the logistics hub.
  • Assist with receiving inventory shipments and stocking storage areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management of replenishment needs.
  • Support continuous improvement of logistics and cart preparation processes.

Working Conditions
  • Primarily based at the Vale Logistics Hub.
  • Indoor warehouse and food preparation environment.

  • Early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required based on deployment schedules.
Success in This Role

A successful Matcha Bar Cart Coordinator consistently ensures every Matcha Bar Cart leaves the Vale Logistics Hub fully stocked, clean, sanitized, charged, operational, and ready to deliver a premium customer experience. This individual takes pride in maintaining high operational standards, supporting fleet reliability, and contributing to the efficient daily deployment of the Vale Matcha Bar fleet.
