  • Assist with snow removal operations as needed
  • Support the moving of supplies, parts, appliances, tools, and HVAC equipment
  • Assist with pool maintenance and associated equipment, if applicable
  • Keep dumpster areas and common spaces clean and presentable

  • Adhere to all Landings Real Estate Group policies and applicable regulations including Fair Housing, ADA, and OSHA
  • Support budget controls by eliminating waste and using resources responsibly
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance, construction, or a trade (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
  • Knowledge of general carpentry, repair, and building systems
  • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
  • Positive attitude, organized, and energetic
  • Strong customer service orientation and solid interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and follow instructions and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from work
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade schooling a plus
