Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a maintenance technician for the 2nd shift to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment and assets across the plant. The role requires adherence to Tyson policies, safety rules, and OSHA standards, with weekend preventive maintenance and collaboration with the maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment during production and perform repairs or adjustments.
• Document corrections required after maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on weekends.
• Rebuild equipment as required and assist with installation of new equipment.
• Coordinate with other maintenance personnel and follow safety rules (Lockout/Tagout) and OSHA standards.
