Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance or handyman work, ideally commercial.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Own personal hand tools required.
- Ability to diagnose issues and complete jobs independently.
- Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform property renovations, unit turnovers, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Handle electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and painting work.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems and equipment.
- Complete scheduled and emergency repairs, including on‑call responsibilities.
- Maintain safety and keep work areas clean and documented.
