Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and coordinate with outside contractors.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools; purchase as needed.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance programs to minimize emergencies.
• Adhere to safety programs and promote safe work practices on site.
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and departmental reporting.
