Job summary
ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing environment to lead a team of maintenance technicians. You will oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery, implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and develop SOPs/JSAs.

Qualifications
- 10 years' industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to read, write, and interpret SOPs and JSAs.
- Proficient in PLC programming and industrial electrical/mechanical systems.
- Strong safety and teamwork mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, develop and coach a team of Maintenance Technicians.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.
- Write, maintain and follow SOPs and JSAs.
- Program PLCs and maintain logs; communicate with production and management.
- Order tools and inventory parts; ensure safe work area.
