Job summary

The Bainbridge Companies is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for our Florida community in Crestview. You will lead on-site maintenance staff, manage repairs, and oversee preventive maintenance, ensuring safety and quality while keeping within budget.

You will partner with the Property Manager, recruit and train staff, obtain bids, and maintain strong resident relations to support renewals and leasing. A strong background in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs is required.
