Job summary

Lamart Corporation seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Maintenance Team in a high-volume coating, laminating, and converting facility. You will supervise a team of Technicians, prioritize tasks, and respond to breakdowns, driving reliability and uptime on the production line.

Ideal candidates have strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, experience with electrical systems, drives, sensors, and predictive maintenance, and a proven ability to lead, coach, and develop

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on supervisory leadership on the manufacturing floor.
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and manuals.
• Proven ability to implement preventive maintenance programs and track work orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and direction to Maintenance Technicians.
• Prioritize maintenance activities based on production needs and safety.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment on the floor.
• Coordinate maintenance with Production, Engineering, and vendors.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders in the CMMS system.
