Job summary

B.HOM Student Living seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the community's maintenance operations and serve as a hands-on technician when needed.

You will supervise maintenance and grounds staff, manage vendor contracts, plan unit turns and capital projects, and ensure safety and cost efficiency across the property.

This on-site role is based in West Lafayette, Indiana, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call duties as required to support resident needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance or facilities experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of maintenance systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Proven ability to supervise and develop maintenance staff and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and service requests.
• Direct and develop maintenance and grounds staff.
• Manage vendor relationships, bids, and contracts.
• Plan unit turns and capital projects with management.
• Monitor budgets and ensure safety and compliance.
