Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations for the property.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and systems.
• Manage service requests from start to finish with clear communication.
• Oversee make-ready process to ensure vacant units are market-ready within 5 days.
• Maintain curb appeal through daily upkeep of buildings, grounds, and common areas.
• Coordinate vendor work, obtain bids, and control inventory within budget.
• Respond to emergency maintenance after-hours as scheduled.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and local codes.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors to meet quality standards.
• Keep accurate records in the maintenance tracking system.
