- Minimum 5+ years of maintenance leadership or supervision.
- Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
- Prioritize preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot equipment and lead repair efforts on the shop floor.
- Support capital projects and facility upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and LOTO procedures.
