Job summary

Christensen Farms is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Technician to perform priority repairs and maintenance across farm equipment and facilities. You will work with production and repair staff to maximize quality and productivity, and you may operate a company vehicle with mileage reimbursement depending on eligibility.

The role requires a visual ability to operate lathes, drill presses, power saws and mills, and to perform carpentry, plumbing, and steel repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Operate machines such as lathes, drill presses, power saws, and mills.

Responsibilities

• Execute priority repairs as assigned.
• Repair equipment specific to CFF and its producers.
• Perform scheduled repairs to company quality and cost standards; provide service and labor for farm group.
• Perform general carpentry, plumbing, and steel repair.
• Provide labor for or lead other projects.
• Execute maintenance procedures on assigned farms.
• Prepare equipment for use and maintain proper storage when not in use.
