Job summary

Christensen Farms is seeking an Maintenance and Reliability Technician to perform priority repairs and maintenance, complete scheduled projects on time and to quality standards, and collaborate with production and repair staff to maximize quality and productivity.

Responsibilities include handling priority, non-priority, and technical repairs; participating in seasonal equipment prep and asset maintenance programs; and supporting other projects across farms.

Qualifications

• Must have visual ability to perform mechanical tasks such as operating machines and performing carpentry, plumbing, and steel work.
• Ability to operate a company vehicle or be eligible for mileage reimbursement; MVR review required for insurability.

Responsibilities

• Priority Repairs: Execute priority repairs as assigned.
• Technical Repair: Repair equipment specific to Christensen Farms and its producers.
• Non-priority Repair: Perform scheduled repairs to company quality and cost standards; provide service for farm group; perform carpentry, plumbing, and steel repair.
• Other Projects: Provide labor for or lead other projects.
• Asset Maintenance Program: Execute maintenance procedures on assigned farms.
• Seasonal Equipment Preparation: Prepare equipment for use and store when not in use.
