Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising maintenance activities.
• Minimum 8 years of mechanical, industrial, or automotive maintenance experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience changing bearings, troubleshooting machinery, and performing equipment repairs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
