Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor two Maintenance Supervisors overseeing multi-shift teams.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Optimize preventive maintenance programs, CMMS utilization, and processes.
• Identify and lead capital improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
• Establish performance metrics, improve maintenance planning, and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Engineering for sustainable improvements.
