Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across two Arkansas manufacturing facilities. You will lead a team, drive preventative maintenance programs, minimize downtime, and ensure equipment and facility reliability.

Responsibilities include coaching a 15-20 person team, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring safety policy compliance while traveling between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance knowledge.
• Proven leadership, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a Boiler Operator License.
