Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical plant, exterior, and interior areas per community standards.
• Hands-on position—perform work orders with the team.
• Assist with apartment turnovers (painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing).
• Maintain grounds and landscaping; ensure a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Support cross-department teamwork and respond to emergencies.
