South Hill Village Assisted Living and Memory Care in Spokane, WA is seeking a Maintenance Tech (Maintenance Partner) to help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. The role covers inside building care, grounds maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents with refurbishments.

Qualifications

• Experience performing building maintenance tasks in a senior living environment.
• Ability to complete refurbishing and cleaning tasks and support move-ins.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inside of building, offices, and common areas including carpet and furniture cleaning and trash removal.
• Maintains grounds and outside building upkeep such as lawn care and garbage removal.
• Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishes units after move-out.
• Implements and documents preventative maintenance programs for community and equipment.
