Job summary

OTA is seeking a Master Carpenter to maintain and improve MTA Light Rail facilities in Baltimore. The ideal candidate has extensive carpentry knowledge and can perform complex repairs independently.

Responsibilities include advanced carpentry repairs, construction of facility fixtures, and compliance with safety protocols. Work hours are Monday to Friday, with significant overtime opportunities for emergency repairs and maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years experience as a journeyman or master carpenter.
• Extensive knowledge of carpentry methods and tools.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced carpentry and masonry repairs.
• Construct and install benches and cabinetry.
• Repair and maintain safety signage.
