Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing leadership experience.
• Ability to supervise and train assembly staff.
• Strong aptitude for reading blueprints and drawings.
• Experience with installing mechanical hardware (Helicoils, Keenserts, pins).
• Proven ability to manage priorities and production flow.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Assembly Department operations and guide personnel.
• Assign work based on priorities, schedules, and due dates.
• Coordinate staffing to maintain efficient workflow and meet requirements.
• Oversee quality, troubleshoot, and address issues.
• Train staff on processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering on prototypes and improvements.
