Job summary

TDG Facilities in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Grounds Crew Lead / Crew Foreman to guide a commercial landscape team and organize daily operations. This full-time, year-round role offers a hands-on leadership position with opportunities to oversee grounds services across multiple properties.

You will manage a crew, ensure high-quality lawn care, and coordinate seasonal services while reporting to the operations team from Sharonville.

Qualifications

• Landscape/Lawn maintenance experience.
• Experience managing a crew preferred.
• Keen eye for detail, organized, and great attitude.
• Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.
• Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on managing a commercial landscape/lawn maintenance crew.
• Weekly lawn maintenance, mulching, plant and flower bed care, trimming.
• Inspect exterior of each property and grounds.
• Safely operate and maintain equipment, including gas-powered tools.
• Complete site inspections and log crew’s time and materials.
• Other tasks assigned.
