GroundSystems in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a hands-on Crew Leader to manage a landscaping crew of 1-4 members. You will supervise daily operations, ensure quality standards, and train team members while delivering top-tier outdoor groundskeeping.

Qualifications

• Must be 20+ years old.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Will use PPE on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily landscaping operations for a small crew.
• Ensure quality control and project standards.
• Train and supervise crew members.
• Perform and guide tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and groundskeeping.
• Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment.
