TDG Facilities in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Grounds Crew Lead / Crew Foreman to guide a commercial landscape team and organize daily operations. This full-time, year-round role offers a hands-on leadership position with opportunities to oversee grounds services across multiple properties.

You will manage a crew, ensure high-quality lawn care, and coordinate seasonal services while reporting to the operations team from Sharonville.

Qualifications

• Landscape/Lawn maintenance experience.
• Experience managing a crew preferred.
• Keen eye for detail, organized, and great attitude.
• Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.
• Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on managing a commercial landscape/lawn maintenance crew.
• Weekly lawn maintenance, mulching, plant and flower bed care, trimming.
• Inspect exterior of each property and grounds.
• Safely operate and maintain equipment, including gas-powered tools.
• Complete site inspections and log crew’s time and materials.
• Other tasks assigned.

tdgFacilitiesis looking for afull-time, year around Commercial Landscape Crew Foremanto help support our grounds operations in the Greater Cincinnati area. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a great attitude combined with a commitment to excellence. Qualified applicants will have the opportunity leave general grounds services, landscaping projects, winter snow services, and seasonal services throughout the year. You will be supported by a strong operational leader, and an operations team based out of our Sharonville, Ohio office.

Pay Rate:$21 to $24 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am to 4pm (depending on weather and regional conditions)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hands-on managing a commercial landscape/lawn maintenance crew in
• weekly lawn maintenance of dedicated routemulchingplant and flower installweeding flowerbedstrimming bushes and/or trees to maintain neat appearance and desired shapeshoveling/plowing and clearing icy exterior walkways and parking lots during wintry weatherpreparing grounds for seasonal changes, while working outside in all types of weather
• Inspect exterior of each property and grounds
• Safely and properly operate/maintain equipment and tools. Including, gas-powered equipment such as mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers.
• Responsible for using phone/tablet to complete site inspections, enter crew’s time and material into work order system.
• Other tasks assigned.

Salary Information
