CW Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Janitorial Project Manager to oversee daily custodial operations at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT.

You will lead a team of cleaning professionals, perform hands-on tasks, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards across facilities. This role requires 3–4 years in janitorial or facilities management, 2 years supervising, and strong OSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical certificate.
• 3–4 years janitorial or facilities management experience.
• 2 years supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Experience managing multi-site janitorial operations.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
• Proficiency with OSHA health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
• Valid driver's license and Real ID; ability to obtain base access.

Responsabilités

• Hands-on cleaning alongside custodial team to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Lead and train custodial staff during shifts for consistent performance.
• Complete timesheets, basic reports, and staff scheduling.
• Conduct walk-through inspections and correct deficiencies.
• Operate and troubleshoot cleaning equipment safely.
• Monitor supplies, track inventory levels, and assist with ordering.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and PPE requirements for safety.
• Respond to spills and after-hours cleaning needs.
