Job summary

CW Resources, Inc. is seeking a Janitorial Quality Control Supervisor to lead daily inspections at government facilities in New London, CT. The role focuses on maintaining contract standards, safety compliance, and staff training to ensure clean, safe environments.

The supervisor will guide corrective actions, track performance metrics, and coordinate with site teams and clients to uphold high quality and accountability. A valid RealID and base access eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial janitorial services, facility maintenance, or quality control.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety practices, including proper chemical handling, PPE, and infection-control procedures.
• Strong understanding of janitorial quality control practices, including inspections, documenting findings, and corrective actions.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.
• Valid driver’s license and RealID required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walk-throughs and inspections across government facilities to ensure contract requirements and quality standards are met.
• Use checklists, digital reporting, and quality metrics to document inspection results and identify improvement opportunities.
• Train, mentor, and support janitorial staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, equipment use, and company policies.
• Coordinate and follow up on corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with management to enhance quality control processes and support continuous improvement.
• Communicate with site supervisors and clients to maintain transparency and satisfaction.
• Monitor supply levels and work with operations to manage inventory.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety guidelines.
