Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership exposure.
• 3+ years leading technicians or managing multi-site environments.
• Experience supporting distributed offices and remote users.
• Hands-on networking, Windows, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and develop IT staff across multiple offices.
• Administer user accounts, access, and onboarding workflows.
• Configure network gear, VPNs, and internet circuits for HQ and branches.
• Manage the company phone system, email, and collaboration tools.
• Oversee workstation fleet, hardware lifecycle, and procurement.
• Own help desk operations, documentation, and vendor management.
