Job summary

Circle Logistics is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to own the technology environment for ~400 users across the Fort Wayne HQ and remote branches. You will lead a two-person help desk, coordinate with the data team, and stay close enough to configure switches or rebuild workstations when needed.

This builder role focuses on ownership, visibility, and impact. You will manage user accounts, keep offices connected and secure, run the phone system, and ensure new hires are productive on day one.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience, including 3+ years leading technicians or multi-site teams.
• Experience supporting distributed offices and remote users.
• Proven ability to develop staff and manage team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and develop two help desk technicians—setting priorities and expanding capabilities.
• Establish and maintain response and resolution standards for the support queue.
• Partner with data team technicians on shared infrastructure, system access, integrations, and reporting environments.
• Serve as senior technical escalation point for the organization.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points at HQ and branches.
• Manage internet/WAN circuits, VPN/remote access, and network buildouts for new openings.
