Red White & Blue Thrift in Philadelphia seeks a Director of Information Technology who acts as second-in-command to the VP of IT. This leader oversees day-to-day IT operations, support services, infrastructure, endpoint management, hardware provisioning, vendor relationships, and major technology projects across the organization.

The role is hands-on and requires technical strength, the ability to resolve complex issues, and to drive work to completion with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, systems administration, infrastructure, or related field.
• 3+ years leading an IT support/infrastructure team.
• Hands-on technical leadership in a multi-site or distributed organization.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, PowerShell, AD, and Windows administration.
• Experience with large-scale Windows rollouts, endpoint configuration, and security practices.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational partner and backup to the VP of IT and lead the department.
• Oversee IT service desk operations, ticket prioritization, and customer service standards.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and PowerShell automation.
• Plan large-scale Windows deployments and maintain device compliance and security.
• Oversee network infrastructure, store technology, and incident response.
• Manage hardware provisioning, procurement, and vendor relationships.
