Job summary

DebtBlue, LLC is seeking a hands-on Director of IT to own infrastructure for 150–200 staff in Richardson, TX. You will lead a two-person team, set IT direction, and ensure uptime for a fast-paced operation.

Reporting to the CTO, you’ll manage Azure, M365, Entra ID/AD, telephony, security controls, vendor relationships, and disaster recovery, while mentoring staff. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience with 3+ years in leadership or director role.
• Experience supporting SMBs (100–300 employees) with lean IT teams.
• Hands-on administration of Azure, M365, Entra ID/AD, and endpoints.
• Networking with office LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, VPNs.
• Telephony or cloud contact center experience preferred.
• Scripting and network troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day IT operations for 150–200 onsite and remote employees.
• Own cloud and network management across Azure, M365, Entra ID, and DR.
• Maintain telephony/VoIP uptime and integration with call centers.
• Enforce security controls and incident remediation.
• Manage vendors and control cloud/software spend.
• Lead, mentor, and develop two IT specialists and align IT with business goals.
