Job summary

LHH Atlanta is seeking a Director of Information Technology to oversee day-to-day IT operations for about 250 employees in a Microsoft-centric environment, reporting to the CIO and leading a small IT team.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Entra ID, Azure AD, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and security best practices, plus the ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational support in a fast-growing financial services setting.

Qualifications

Experience leading IT operations, infrastructure, or systems administration.
Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), account management, and identity security.
Background in cybersecurity, endpoint management, and user support.
Experience mentoring IT teams and collaborating with business leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead IT operations and support services across the organization.
Mentor a small IT team with planned growth.
Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint.
Oversee user onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning.
Drive endpoint security, identity management, MFA, and cybersecurity best practices.
Manage hardware deployment, workstation config, and software administration.
Improve help desk operations and service delivery.
Collaborate with business leaders to keep tech secure and scalable.
Support continuity, disaster recovery, compliance, and audits.
Support proprietary apps and evolving tech initiatives including AI tools.
