Hillyard, Inc. is seeking an Installation & Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales team in Lino Lakes, MN. You'll work directly with customers and the field team, installing dispensers, assisting with demonstrations, and learning the sales process.

No prior sales experience is required; we value hands-on ability, reliability, and a customer-friendly attitude. You'll gain product knowledge and have opportunities for long-term growth within a stable family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, dependable and comfortable with customers.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn product function.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive with a trailer.
• Willingness to learn sales processes and be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install soap and chemical dispensers at customer locations.
• Use basic hand tools to complete installations and minor adjustments.
• Coordinate and schedule customer installations.
• Demonstrate products and support sales in the field.
• Transport and set up equipment for demonstrations.
• Support warehouse and sales operations as needed.
