Job summary

You will partner with Sales Leaders and Account Managers to support and grow customer accounts, conduct on-site evaluations, install and troubleshoot dispensing equipment, and provide hands-on training to customers. This role blends hands-on problem-solving with relationship-building and offers a clear career path into sales.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to solve problems and think critically in the field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leaders and Account Managers to support and grow customer accounts.
• Conduct on-site evaluations to identify opportunities for improved laundry and warewash solutions.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot chemical dispensing equipment.
• Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to customers.
• Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor to your customers.
• Recommend and implement solution-based improvements that drive results.
• Perform routine service visits and respond to customer needs.
