Job summary

Hillyard, Inc. in East Hartford, CT, is seeking a Laundry & Warewash Solutions Specialist to combine hands-on mechanical work with relationship-building for our Laundry & Warewash team. This role offers a path into a future sales career while solving real customer challenges on-site.

You will partner with sales leaders, conduct on-site evaluations, install and troubleshoot dispensing equipment, and train customers. If you enjoy fixing things and helping customers, this position is for you.

Qualifications

• Mech inclined and able to troubleshoot equipment.
• Interest in moving into sales or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Laundry/Warewash experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leaders and Account Managers to support and grow customer accounts.
