Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in injection molding with hands-on troubleshooting.
- Supervisory or team-lead experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, robotics and auxiliary equipment.
- Ability to identify and correct molding defects and optimize cycle times.
- Experience supporting production startups or new processes; automotive exp is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily injection molding operations to meet schedules, quality, and efficiency goals.
- Provide direction, training, and technical support to production personnel.
- Oversee machine setups, mold changes, and changeovers to minimize downtime.
- Monitor production performance, cycle times, material usage, and process consistency.
- Develop and implement SOPs within the startup facility.
- Troubleshoot defects and coordinate with Maintenance and Tooling teams.
