Actalent is hiring an Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support industrial construction projects in the Mid-South. The role blends field work with coordination, reporting, and documentation, with growth toward Project Management and Estimating.

You will travel within a three-hour radius of Memphis, split time between job sites, customer locations, and office activities, and work under operations leadership to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in a relevant field or working towards one.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on construction environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support industrial construction projects across the Mid-South region.
• Assist with day-to-day project coordination and execution.
