Qualifications

• Work indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Inspect and repair fans, motors, pumps, filters, and thermostats.
• Use tools to test and adjust equipment.
• Support senior technicians with routine maintenance.
• Monitor building systems like chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Perform snow removal duties.
• Assist in general maintenance and additional duties.
