Qualifications

• Ten years related experience and/or training including HVAC systems maintenance.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various situations.
• Read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect repair and preventive maintenance work.
• Manage employees in the Custodial and Maintenance Department.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal statues.
