Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Inspect and repair fans, motors, pumps, filters, and thermostats.
• Learn to use tools, gauges, and meters to test and adjust equipment.
• Support senior technicians with routine maintenance.
• Monitor building systems like chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Record maintenance activities and report problems to supervisors.
• Snow removal and general maintenance duties.
• Enter work orders and close out when complete.
