Schaeffler Humanoids USA, LLC is seeking a hands-on machinist to join the humanoid robotics team in Troy, MI. You will operate CNC lathes, manage assembly tooling, and contribute to prototype development for advanced actuator components.

The role emphasizes blueprint interpretation, 3D printing, and collaboration with engineers to drive quality and efficiency in rapid prototyping and production-ready designs. Local candidates with US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or 2+ years of practical experience with machining (CNC/lathe) operation and assembly tooling.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation; Cero software experience is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of 3D-printing technologies and materials.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in dynamic project environments.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities
