Job summary

TriVista Recruitment is seeking a hands-on HR leader for a growing aerospace/manufacturing client in Ohio. You will shape the HR function, design compensation structures, and build scalable processes while partnering with the CEO to drive growth.

The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development to support rapid expansion and increased complexity across the shop floor and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience across recruiting, employee relations and performance management.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, aerospace/defense a plus.
• Experience partnering with executives and building HR infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing to leadership roles.
• Build talent pipelines and recruiting partnerships.
• Establish job architecture, salary bands, and compensation practices.
• Drive engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Lead performance management, employee relations, development, and succession planning.
• Partner with senior leadership to improve clarity, accountability, and manager effectiveness.
• Build scalable HR processes, policies, metrics, and infrastructure.
