Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott Prescott is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations, inspect rooms, and train team members. You will work hands-on with the housekeeping staff to ensure guestrooms meet cleanliness and readiness standards.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with Front Desk, Maintenance, and Laundry while maintaining safety and quality across the property.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping supervisory or leadership experience.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience inspecting guestrooms and coaching housekeeping team members.
• Ability to work hands-on with the team when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Room Attendants throughout the shift.
• Balance daily room boards and prioritize departures, arrivals, and stayovers.
• Inspect guestrooms before release and train new team members.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Maintenance, Laundry and leadership on room readiness.
• Monitor productivity, manage staffing needs, and uphold safety and quality standards.
