Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with injection-molded closures and blow-molded bottles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, able to document work accurately.
• Ability to travel as needed (20–40%), including customer and supplier visits.

Responsibilities

• Execute plant trials and process validations hands-on.
• Support product design processes and contribute to ideation sessions.
• Track and report on individual task progress; flag risks to the PM.
