Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of experience and a degree in Engineering or Polymer Science, along with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with injection molded plastic or blow molded bottles.
• Ability to travel 20–40% for customer and supplier visits.
• Demonstrated experience executing DOE and process validations.

Responsibilities

• Execute plant trials, line qualifications, and process validations.
• Run Design of Experiments (DOE) and collect data to optimize processes.
• Support customer line trials and contribute to technical documentation.
